Independent Study and Mentorship (ISM) is a challenging and fascinating elective provided at Frisco ISD high schools for high-achieving juniors and seniors. Students who are interested in this position must apply and be interviewed. Students acquire firsthand experience working in a field that interests them by providing them with challenges that must be faced, research skills, and product design. As well as, develop professionalism, responsibility, communication skills, and more through ISM.
